The Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Special Education at Mississippi State University is a collaborative community of scholars and educators. The goal of the department is to meet the needs of all students through the preparation of effective, responsive scholars and practitioners who use theory, research, and a wide variety of tools, including technology, to enhance their work in a global, diverse, and changing society. The measure of our success is improved outcomes for diverse students, P-12 and beyond.
